ESTABLISHED TEMPORARY POST Pegawai Tadbir Gred N41 Minimum: 2,080.00; Maximum: RM9,546.00
  1. Responsible the Procurement, Quotation and Tender Process based on Government Circular;
  2. Assist in the Human Resources Matters;
  3. Assist in the Administrative Matters;
  4. Undertake any Secretarial Function; and;
  5. To liaise with Government Department, Agencies and Stakeholders.
  1. The candidate must be a holder of Bachelor Degree in Administration from local universities OR equivalent qualifications recognized by the government; 
  2. Lulus Bahasa Malaysia (including a pass in oral test) at SPM level OR equivalent; 
  3. Must have at least 3 (three) years working experience in relevant field; 
  4. Possess Excellent leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, resourceful, efficient, with Managerial experience and ability to work under challenging environment; 
  5. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbally and writing; and 
  6. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
