Day 1: From Kota Kinabalu to Sutera@Mantanani, Kota Belud

11:15 AM – Meet at The Magellan Sutera Resort Lobby

Your journey begins in Kota Kinabalu at The Magellan Sutera Resort.


11:30 AM – Transfer to Sutera Mantanani Jetty, Kota Belud

Depart from the main lobby of The Magellan Sutera Resort and enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive to Sutera Mantanani Jetty in Kota Belud. Make sure to have lunch beforehand so you’re energised for the adventure ahead.


2:15 PM – Boat ride to Mantanani Island

Board the boat at Sutera Mantanani Jetty for a 45-minute journey across the South China Sea. Sit back, relax, and take in the ocean views as Mantanani Island comes into sight.


3:00 PM – Arrival & check-in at Sutera@Mantanani

Step onto soft white sand and check into your cosy seaside accommodation.


Afternoon – Free & easy

The island is yours to explore. Try swimming in the crystal-clear waters, go kayaking, ride on the ATVs, play beach volleyball or simply wander along the beach with your camera. Every corner of Mantanani Island is picture-perfect.


5:00 PM – Sunset walk or Sunset cruise

As the day winds down, take a leisure walk along the beach or a sunset cruise to witness the island’s golden hues.

8:30 PM – Overnight at Sutera@Mantanani

Day 2: Morning Bliss & Ocean Adventure

7:00 AM – Breakfast with a view

Wake up to the sound of the sea and enjoy a delicious breakfast at the resort’s restaurant.


9:00 AM – Snorkeling adventure
